Description: Revel Lacey is a 135-unit, independent living community in Lacey, Washington for residents aged 55 and over. The garden-style development is located just off of Martin Way in Lacey, WA.
This project included new construction of 135 units, 20- three-story apartment buildings, two club houses, associated outbuildings, and access road and parking areas including a fine-dining restaurant, a pub-style restaurant/bar, a wellness center with a spa, a salon, a gym, a theater and an arts studio. The community also includes resort-quality outdoor living areas and spacious floor plans. Buildings E and F incorporated daylight basements.
