Description: Holden of San Jose I is a 4-story, 200 unit assisted living facility with 107 underground parking spaces. This facility is unique in that its construction type is non-combustible allowing for all floors to be fully accessible to non-ambulatory residents. This project also included a 30-unit secured memory care unit. This facility includes many luxury amenities and has access to a scenic, public walking path next to the river.
Holden San Jose Bascom II is a new 6-story building of approximately 200,000 sf and will include underground parking. The building will include 36 memory care units and 129 assisted living units. Amenities include a theater, exercise area, gaming rooms, dining area, lounge, and open floor area accessing the courtyard offering a bbq area and fire pit.
