Description: The three-story center was approximately a $65M dollar project and about 100,000 square feet. The center included space for up to four linear accelerators for radiation treatment, the latest in digital imaging, CT and MRI scanners and a laser surgical system used to treat hard-to-reach tumors. The facility was the first of its kind in the San Joaquin Valley and is located on the Clovis Community campus, adjacent to Highway 168. It took 16 months to build.

Krazan provided testing and inspection services for the construction of this project which included but are not limited to: building pad compaction, trench compaction, elevator pit backfill compaction, excavating footing and grade beams, vault foundation compaction, mechanical yard compaction, parking area subgrade and aggregate base compaction, maximum density curve, confirmation checkpoint, shop welding inspection: CWI/Level 2 UT, field welding ultrasonic testing, high strength bolt inspection, fire proofing thickness inspection, fire proofing bond strength test, and fire proofing density tests.
