Railspur- 419 Occidental Renovation
Formerly known as FX McRorys Building, this is one of three early 20th century buildings being updated as part of the Railspur redevelopment. This includes an alley re-activation and a new retail district in historic Pioneer Square.
I-5 Portland Avenue to Port of Tacoma Road – Southbound HOV
This project demolishes the existing bridge over the Puyallup River and Builds a new bridge with on HOV land and four general purpose lanes dedicated to the southbound traffic.
5501 Lakeview Building
This project was set to be the first large-scale mass timber office development east of greater Seattle. 5501 Lakeview is a two-story office building with two levels of underground parking and built using mass timber construction.
Hilltop Tacoma Link Extension (T100)
This project included constructing 2.4 miles of light rail transit (LRT) service, six new stations and one relocated station, and four traction power substation (TPSS) sites.
SR 167 – 70th Avenue East Bridge Replacement
This project consisted of a new four-lane bridge that doubles the capacity of the 70th Avenue E. Bridge over I-5, a new 12-foot shared-use path on the bridge, widening of both directions of SR 99, and construction of a new roundabout; all to reduce congestion and improve safety on the arterials and intersections.
Stratolaunch Carrier Aircraft Fabrication Building, Hangar, and Office
The project included the construction of the new hangar at Mojave Air & Space Port. The fabrication building is an 88,000 sf facility completely air conditioned with an energy efficient Daikin System.
Main Street Revitalization Phase 1
The Main Street project called for the re-construction of key roadway and utility infrastructure in the Town Center area of Mountlake Terrace.
Runway 11/29 Rehabilitation Project
Arlington Municipal Airport covers an area of 1,189 acres which contains two asphalt paved runways: 16/34 and 11/29. This project included the rehabilitation of the existing 11/29 runway.
Holden San Jose I & San Jose Bascom II
Holden of San Jose IÂ is a 4-story, 200 unit assisted living facility with 107 underground parking spaces. This facility is unique in that its construction type is non-combustible allowing for all floors to be fully accessible to non-ambulatory residents.
Revel Lacey Senior Living
Revel Lacey is a 135-unit, independent living community in Lacey, Washington for residents aged 55 and over. The garden-style development is located just off of Martin Way in Lacey, WA.
Clovis Community Medical Center
The three-story center was approximately a $65M dollar project and about 100,000 square feet. The facility was the first of its kind in the San Joaquin Valley and is located on the Clovis Community campus, adjacent to Highway 168. It took 16 months to build.
Community Regional Medical Center
This project included the construction of the new 5-story medical office building for Community Regional Medical Center. This expansion for Community Regional Medical Center was built from the dirt up. Its purpose as to respond to the growth in the community and provide excellent care for the people in the community.
John W. Walstrum Center for Advanced Manufacturing Technology
The project consisted of a 65,000 square foot educational building on a reclaimed site. The center is being built to replicate best industrial practices to provide students a fully immersive experience to make them work-ready as quickly as possible.
Compass Health Supportive Housing
Krazan provided testing and inspection services on this project. Our scope of work included soil and asphalt compaction testing, proprietary anchor, reinforced concrete, wood framing, structural steel, and firestop inspections.
Fresno Plan to End Homelessness
The City of Fresno has been working towards a strategy to end homelessness. Krazan successfully provided environmental clearance to local partners for property purchase and HUD funding to house nearly 50 percent of the City of Fresno’s unsheltered population.
University of Washington Foster School of Business Founders Hall
Founders Hall is an 85,000 square foot, five story multi-use facility at the Foster School of Business campus. Founders Hall includes classrooms, program offices, research centers, career services offices, interaction spaces, event spaces, and amenity spaces to augment PACCAR and Dempsey Halls.
Liberty High School Engineering Agri-Science and Farming Academy (LEAF)
Liberty High School is located in the Central Valley, which is known for its agriculture-rich area. Golden Valley Unified School District was eager to expand its campus with a new Engineering Agri-Science and Farming Academy.
Dublin Unified School District

The project is a new seven-story 381,300 square foot expansion to an existing parking structure on the Valley Medical Center Campus. The project is phased construction, with early owner occupancy of level 3 required. The estimated cost is $25 - $28 million.
Marian Medical Center Expansion
The new Marian Medical Center Hospital Expansion is a four-story 216,000 square feet patient tower, and accommodates 188 beds, up from the current 132 beds. In the 1970s, when it was built, it was designed for 24,000 patient visits a year, and now it’s double that.
Mohler Communications Building – Bates Technical College
Bates Technical College wanted to dramatically change the look of its campus in Tacoma by adding a 53,000 square foot communications technology building.
Tacoma Trestle Track & Signal Project
This project is a collaboration between multiple entities: Sound Transit, WSDOT, and the City of Tacoma. This is a federally funded replacement of 0.65 miles of track between the Tacoma Dome Station and East M Street.
