Project Title: Aero Apartments

Services: Materials testing & inspection, soil compaction testing, proprietary anchor, reinforcing steel, structural reinforced concrete, structural masonry, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, welding, and wood framing inspections.
Description: This project consisted of a new, seven-story building containing 102 residential apartment units and 2,000 square feet of retail space. The building contains various amenities such as a large outdoor patio, glass-enclosed resident lounge, a dog walk with a heated indoor pet washing station, and secured bicycle and personal storage rooms. Additionally, solar panels are installed on the rooftop to provide energy for the common areas.
