Description: Heron’s Key is a senior living community being built by Emerald Communities, a Redmond, Washington-based, nonprofit organization. The development sits on an 18 acres site in the Harbor Hill neighborhood. Consisted of a main six-story, 184 apartment residential building, a two-story healthcare center called Penrose Harbor, a community center, and 10 independent cottages. Amenities include several restaurant-style dining venues, a day spa, fitness center, woodshop, and walking trails.
