Description: This multi-phased redevelopment effort spanning over ten years of environmental support. The site was a former WWII-era veterans housing complex turned into a 25-acre, 500 unit apartment complex. The City and County governments participated in bringing this project to life and providing affordable housing opportunities to the area. Service included AAI Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment, Environmental Lien Search and a Reliance Letter followed by asbestos surveys.
