Project Title: Hilltop Tacoma Link Extension (T100)

Description: This project included constructing 2.4 miles of light rail transit (LRT) service, six new stations and one relocated station, and four traction power substation (TPSS) sites. It also included expanding the existing Operations and Maintenance Facility (OMF) and demolishing the existing warehouse at the OMF site. Two-way train tracks are within existing road lanes shared with cars and buses, and are compatible with on-site parking and existing bicycle facilities.
T100 more than doubles the length of the Tacoma Link starting with the Theater District station and connects popular destinations such as the Stadium District, Wright Park, Hilltop neighborhood terminus and even major medical facilities. Service will run every ten minutes and projected ridership of 2,000-4,000 daily riders by 2026.
