Description:
This project consists of a new seven-story permanent supportive housing building that is approximately 47,900 square feet in size. The new building will contain 92 residential units for both low-wage workers and for individuals experiencing homelessness. The building amenities include on-site case management and staff offices, a common room, and several outdoor spaces, including a rooftop deck.
Krazan provided soil compaction testing, as well as epoxy anchor, mechanical anchor, reinforcing concrete, reinforcing steel, post-tensioned concrete, wood seismic/hold down, structural steel fabrication and erection, and structural shotcrete inspections on this project.
