Description: The project included the construction of the new 5-story medical office building for Community Regional Medical Center. The building is 180,000 square feet and includes space for community diabetes education and the community outpatient rehabilitation center. It also houses pediatric specialties, which includes cardiology, endocrinology, cystic fibrosis, nephrology, hematology, high-risk infant care, pulmonology, neurology, adolescent services, rheumatology, development pediatrics and others.
Our work includes but not limited to earthwork compaction, earthwork building pad, earthwork sewer, earthwork storm drain, earthwork underground utilities, earthwork pavement subgrade, earthwork pavement aggregate base, rebar inspection, concrete reinforcement, concrete inspection, concrete placement, floor flatness testing, anchor epoxy inspection, torque test anchor/epoxy anchor, grout inspection, shop welding inspection, field welding inspection, high strength bolting inspection and fireproofing.
This expansion for Community Regional Medical Center was built from the dirt up. Its purpose as to respond to the growth in the community and provide excellent care for the people in the community.
