Krazan & Associates, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for an ICC Special Inspector in Lynnwood, WA office.
We need an experienced professional who is comfortable being actively engaged on construction sites performing field testing. The candidate must be able to read and understand structural blueprints and current code requirements.
Qualifications:
Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a minimum of 1 year experience working in the construction quality industry, and good organizational skills. Must have a current valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Who we are looking for. . . Special Inspectors with ICC Certifications in:
- Reinforced Concrete
- Pre-stressed/Post-tensioned
- Masonry
- Soils
- Structural Steel and Bolting
- California Commercial Building Inspector

For your safety, keep this in mind: You need to have the ability to stand for long periods of time, walk on uneven ground, perform work inside areas of varying dimensions; involving squatting and crawling for possible extended periods; work outdoors under varying temperatures and weather conditions; regularly lift and/or move 75 lbs. You will be expected to work safely during all phases of performing the job duties by following all regulations, and safety procedures and employment policies. You must have and maintain a good driving record and be insurable under our company vehicle policy.
