We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Environmental Regional Manager to lead our Environmental operations in California. This role is responsible for managing regional environmental services, overseeing staff and supporting business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership experience and a solid understanding of environmental site assessment and remediation within AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage regional operations of the environmental department in California
  • Supervise geologists and environmental scientists conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental site assessments
  • Oversee site reconnaissance, historical research, regulatory database reviews, interviews and report preparation
  • Manage departmental financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing and proposal development
  • Participate in third-party reviews, technical reporting and overall department operations

Qualifications:

  • Education: BS in Geology, Environmental Science or Engineering
  • Experience: minimum 10 years of relevant environmental experience
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience with the following:
    • Phase I and Phase II environmental investigations
    • Environmental remediation and cleanup
  • Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record

Annual Salary: $105k – $135k (DOE)
