We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspector with experience in structural building inspections to join our Pacific North-West team in Tacoma, WA. This role plays a critical part in upholding structural integrity, quality and safety of the work we inspect.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) on construction materials such as steel, concrete, and welds using methods including UT and MT.
- Perform field inspections of foundations, retaining structures, piles, and other geotechnical systems.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection records, reports, and documentation in accordance with applicable codes and client requirements.
- Interpret test results and provide recommendations for remediation or acceptance.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards, as well as relevant industry codes (ASNT, ASTM, ACI, etc.).
- Calibrate and maintain NDT equipment.
Qualifications:
- Certification in one or more NDT methods (ASNT Level II) Required
- Minimum of 2 years experience with various NDT methods (UT, MT)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods, squat, crawl, and lift/move up to 75 lbs
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (company vehicle provided)

Hourly Compensation: $40 – $45
