If you are someone who takes pride in your work and are looking for a company that values your contributions, this could be the right opportunity for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Perform field tests to evaluate soil composition, compaction, density, moisture content, and load-bearing capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct detailed construction inspections to verify compliance with design specs, blueprints, schematics, and safety standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sample and prepare concrete test cylinders for compressive strength testing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use a nuclear density gauge to verify that soil and aggregate materials meet project specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain detailed records of field observations, test results, and project compliance to report findings to engineers and project managers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that concrete and soil-related aspects of a project meet industry standards, building codes and environmental regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with civil\/geotechnical engineers, project managers, and contractors to address concrete and soil-related challenges on job sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3+&nbsp;<\/strong>years of experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Required Certifications<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portable Nuclear Gauge Certification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o&nbsp;<strong>ACI<\/strong>: Concrete Field-testing Grade I certification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o&nbsp;<strong>ICC:<\/strong>&nbsp;Structural Steel &amp; Bolting and Soils Inspector<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preferred:&nbsp;<\/strong>ICC certifications in Reinforced Concrete, Structural Masonry, Pre-stressed\/Post-tensioned Concrete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of ASTM, AASHTO, and local regulatory standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s License with clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to lift and\/or move up to 75 lbs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to walk, stand, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits &amp; Perks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Company Truck &amp; Gas Card \u2013 Assigned for work and daily commute to work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive Benefits \u2013 Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>401(k) Profit sharing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid vacation and holidays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Career development &amp; mentorship opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Krazan promotes a drug\/alcohol-free work environment and requires mandatory pre-employment drug testing.
