The Ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in field testing and inspection of soils and concrete, with ACI certifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Perform field and lab testing of soils, concrete, aggregates, and other construction materials in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and project specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect and record accurate data for engineering analysis and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform quality inspections on concrete and masonry work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address any issues or discrepancies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followed on job sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician &#8211; Grade I<\/strong>&nbsp;Certification (preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ICC Soils Inspector<\/strong>&nbsp;Certification (required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construction experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with soil density testing, concrete sampling, and construction site inspections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of ASTM, AASHTO, and local regulatory standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to lift and\/or move up to 75 lbs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to walk, stand, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits &amp; Perks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Company Truck &amp; Gas Card &#8211; Assigned for work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>401(k) Profit Sharing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid vacation and Holidays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Career development &amp; mentorship opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Krazan promotes a drug\/alcohol-free work environment and requires mandatory pre-employment drug testing.
