We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive <strong>Business Development Coordinator <\/strong>to support our growth initiatives within the geotechnical engineering sector at our <strong>Bakersfield, CA<\/strong> office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role plays a key part in identifying new business opportunities, supporting proposal development, and coordinating client engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the AEC (architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research and track RFPs\/RFQs across civil, construction, and infrastructure sectors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist Regional and Project Managers with bid and proposal package preparation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering top-tier customer service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify new project opportunities aligned with our geotechnical, environmental, and testing services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate and up to date records in CRM and internal tracking systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>professional attitude<\/strong>, solid follow-through, and proactive mindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>geotechnical, environmental, or construction services<\/strong> (preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Office Suite<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bonus: Marketing, proposal writing, or AEC industry experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits &amp; Perks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Comprehensive Benefits \u2013 Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>401(k) Profit sharing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid vacation and holidays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Career development &amp; mentorship opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compensation (DOE): <\/strong> $20-$23 per hour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Krazan promotes a drug\/alcohol-free work environment and requires mandatory pre-employment drug testing.
