Description:<\/strong>\u00a0 Located just north of Downtown Everett across the street from Everett Community College and Washington State University’s Everett Campus, this 60,955 square foot residential development is comprised of a new five-story building containing 124 affordable housing units and one level of parking.<\/p>\n

The parking area contains 62 parking spaces and 97 bicycle parking spaces. The parking garage utilizes a car-lift system to maximize space. The building also includes a laundry and garbage room on each floor, utility rooms, and a common area lobby.<\/p>\n

Krazan was the geotechnical engineer of record on this project. Our scope of work included soil bearing verification and soil compaction testing, as well as structural reinforced concrete, reinforcing steel, epoxy anchor, post-tensioned concrete, and wood framing inspections.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
