Description:<\/strong>\u00a0 KOZ at the Dome is located just one block from the Tacoma Transit Center and includes the Tacoma Dome Station, Tacoma Link Light Rail Station, Sounder Rail and Express Station, Greyhound Bus and the new Amtrak Cascades Station.\u00a0 This project was designed to attract students and faculty from nearby schools and employees that commute to Seattle. The project included the construction of 152 small, efficiency dwelling units with retail at street level. The building is a six-story, wood frame structure with a concrete podium.<\/p>\n

Krazan\u2019s scope of work on this project included soil and asphalt compaction and special inspections for reinforced concrete and structural masonry, post-tension concrete, structural steel welding and bolting, wood framing, firestop, and roof diaphragm.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
