It contains 82 housing units in four wood-frame floors for low-income individuals with chronic mental illness. There is a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom units, with a recreation room, computer center and common laundry.<\/p>\n<p>The ground floor has over 10,000 square feet for mental health and homelessness programs, including peer support, homeless outreach and housing stabilization. It also includes services for Compass Health\u2019s nonresidential clients and a meals program.<\/p>\n<p>Krazan provided testing and inspection services on this project.
